Update on the TreasurerMary Anne reports that she is feeling better and will be able to complete work that is required in the next week. We have documents to describe the duties and roles of the President and Ride Manager and will ask Mary Anne to help us create a similar document for the role of the treasurer.  At our next meeting the club will ask Mary Anne to mentor someone for the role of treasurer at a time and place that is convenient for her. This document will ensure that if a treasurer is not able to carry out their role due to illness, etc. someone will be able to fill in until the treasurer is able to return. Terry, Brenda, Kari

We have many pins; they just need to be engraved.  Kari will have extra MTRC pamphlets at the Belair ride if anyone needs more to hand out to interested riders.Kari, Brenda     Kari     Kari
