    committee.
  6. September Spruce Woods Ride
    • Dianne Borger, who is the ride manager for the SW ride on September 27, provided Kari an
update. She stated Glenn is the vet, Dianne will be the timer, and Darice and Mary are expected
to share scribe duties. There will be water at the cabin, and Kara and Chelsea are scouting a
route that avoids the dunes. Dianne will mark trail by truck and DRM is responsible for
demarking. Entries for this ride will close three days before the ride, on Wednesday.
    Actions:
Kari will ensure Dianne gets ride cards and timing sheets to Dianne and Linda will get the
    ribbons to her.
  7. Eblast

    system to track memberships.
    Actions:
Kari will contact Kylee at MHC early in the new year and ask her to provide some tips and if
needed, a quick Zoom tutorial on how to create eblasts.
  8. 2025 Grey Cup Raffle Update
    • Iris is still waiting for the license to be approved. She can’t go to the printer’s for tickets without
it. She applied early August for it. The Grey Cup is November 16.

have already completed the form distributed by MHC.

Hill hands on event with a practice loop, and the possibility of a Belair ride in August (never
    again in May).
