Due to the new PHO restrictions, the Belair ride on May 29 will be cancelled. Thank you so much to our willing volunteers and to those that were looking forward to participating. Our next planned ride is June 26 at Birds Hill Park. We look forward to seeing you there! Until then, stay safe and healthy!

It’s Raffle Time!
We’re excited to announce our 2021 fundraiser is a raffle!
- 1st prize – Veterinary Gift Certificate (value $150) that can be used for any Vet, for any service!
- 2nd prize – Gift certificate for Pineridge Hollow Restaurant and Gift Shop (value $100)
- 3rd prize – MTRC family membership (value $40)
We’ll have a socially distant, outdoor draw on Sat., April 17 at 1 pm at the East Gate of Birds Hill Park. Winners are not required to be present at the draw. More details to follow. Tickets will be available to purchase online or in person beginning March 1.

This will be our first ride using the new Covid-19 guidelines set by the province. Review our Covid-19 Policy for Manitoba Distance Rides to ensure you can be compliant, and to be assured that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.
Our first MTRC ride of the season! And at a new venue. Stay tuned for detailed registration information and the new procedures we are putting in place due to Covid-19 policy requirements. NOTE: All entries must be pre-registered….no walk-ups, no late entries. Entry deadline will be July 22.
What do you need?
– Evidence of negative Coggins result within 12 months of the ride date
-Helmet
-MHC competitive membership
-MTRC membership (or pay the day fee)
-save $5 per entry with a NCCP#
-Bring food and water for horse and rider
Distances:
—10 mile Intro (non-competitive) $45
—15 mile Training Division $45
—25 mile Novice Division $55
—40 mile Open Division $65
Juniors $10 for any Division
Schedule:
Vetting starts at 7am. Open Division 1st group starts at 7:30am. Novice Division 1st groups starts at 9am. Training and Intro Division 1st group starts at 10am.
